Collective Leadership Academy
Collective Leadership Academy is a faith-based homeschool hybrid program that builds student’s spiritual growth, leadership, and academic skills.
We partner with families to raise young people who are:
Rooted in Christ
Confident in their God-given identity
Equipped to lead with character, courage, and wisdom
Our Five Pillars
At Collective Leadership Academy, everything we do is built around five core pillars designed to develop the whole student—spiritually, academically, and practically.
01 IDENTITY FORMATION
We help students discover who they are in Christ—building confidence, character, and a strong spiritual foundation rooted in truth and purpose.
02 LEADERSHIP ACTIVATION
Students learn to lead with courage, humility, and purpose through real leadership opportunities, mentorship, teamwork, and service.
03 ACADEMIC ENGAGEMENT & GROWTH
We champion academic excellence and ownership of learning, helping students grow in discipline, critical thinking, creativity, and confidence.
04 LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Students develop practical skills for everyday life, including communication, responsibility, time management, problem-solving, and resilience.
05 FAMILY ENGAGEMENT
We believe transformation happens best together. We intentionally partner with families to create a strong support system that reinforces growth at home and in the academy.
🔥 THE TORCHBEARER DIFFERENCE
Through these five pillars, we are raising students who are rooted in truth, equipped to lead, and empowered to impact the world.
