At Collective Leadership Academy, everything we do is built around five core pillars designed to develop the whole student—spiritually, academically, and practically.

01 IDENTITY FORMATION

We help students discover who they are in Christ—building confidence, character, and a strong spiritual foundation rooted in truth and purpose.

02 LEADERSHIP ACTIVATION

Students learn to lead with courage, humility, and purpose through real leadership opportunities, mentorship, teamwork, and service.

03 ACADEMIC ENGAGEMENT & GROWTH

We champion academic excellence and ownership of learning, helping students grow in discipline, critical thinking, creativity, and confidence.

Students develop practical skills for everyday life, including communication, responsibility, time management, problem-solving, and resilience.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Torchbearer operates as a hybrid education model, combining Co-op based learning with home-based instruction.

    Leadership Academy Days Focus On:

    • Leadership formation

    • Spiritual development

    • Collaborative academics

    • Experiential, hands-on learning

    • Community and fellowship

    Home Days (Parent-Led):

    • Core academics (math, reading, etc.)

    • Independent study and assignments

    • Reading and projects

    • Applying leadership principles at home

    👉 This model keeps parents as the primary educators while the Academy serves as a leadership and formation center.

  • We serve K-12th grade.

  • We meet two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:45a-2:15p. 

  • Start Date: Tuesday, September 8th 

    End Date: Wednesday, May 26th 

    Family Launch Party: Thursday, Sep 3, 2026

  • Per Child

    Annual Tuition

    1st Child: $2,400

    2nd Child: $1,200

    3rd Child: $600

    4th Child: $300

    5th Child & Beyond: Free

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 per child is required at enrollment, with a maximum of $100 per family.

  • Scholarships

    Scholarships are available for families in need of financial assistance. All families applying for a scholarship must complete the scholarship application. Applications will be reviewed by a committee.

    Scholarship assistance may be awarded at the following levels based on each family’s individual circumstances:

    • 25% Tuition Assistance

    • 50% Tuition Assistance

    • 75% Tuition Assistance

    • 100% Tuition Assistance

  • Families may choose from the following payment plans:

    • Paid in Full — Payment due by September 1 

    • Monthly Payments

      • 10-Month Plan

      • 12-Month Plan
